Job Description

The Production Assistant is responsible for the preparation, maintenance and verification of all music programs. Mood is looking for a motivated, organized individual with a strong knowledge of music, including genre classifications, to join our fast paced team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling program variants to accommodate all delivery platforms


• Make program design requested changes to existing program variants


• Source content for broadcast programs


• Quality control of audio


• Lyric checking/rating


• Structural verification of programs/testing


• Maintaining and organizing broadcast program library


• Create audio samples


• Following Production Schedule queue


• Troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task


• Strong attention to detail


• Time management skills


• Vast knowledge of music


• Typing skills


• Audio editing experience preferred


• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines


• Must be self-motivated, organized and offer excellent communication skills


• Consistently adapt to change


• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Google Docs


• Must be positive, have a good ear for quality, detail orientated and a great team player!


• Spanish language skills a plus
