EisnerAmper is looking for an HRIS Analyst that will help create the foundation which will allow us to optimize different HRIS systems. In this role you will gather data to design, develop, and implement HR systems. Responsibilities
Partner and collaborate with our HR team to determine HRIS needs.
Responsible for the design, configuration, implementation of applications (recruiting, onboarding, learning and development, talent management, compensation, business processes, and HR systems).
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
Maintain data integrity in systems, track issues, and troubleshoot.
Serve as subject matter expert for all inquiries and updates required
Basic qualifications for the opportunity
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience with HRIS systems, data management, and HR functions
Experience with one or more of the following (LC Vista, Phenom, Salesforce, Greenhouse, HubSpot, SAP, Oracle, Ceridian, etc.)
Ideally, you'll also have
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with our current systems LC Vista and Workday
Advanced problem solving, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
