As the ecommerce specialist you will primarily be responsible for supporting the ecommerce and brand team to elevate the online shopping experience and operations for our North American DTC ecomm business
Support the execution of the catalog/ new product launches and promotional content on The Original Muck Boot Company and XTRATUF brand websites (price list, copy, product images, SEO, meta tags, etc)
Coordinate seasonal product photo shoots and marketing samples
Coordinate ecommerce image needs with traditional marketing team to utilize existing resources
Assist in UAT site sales/promotions, new projects, site launch, larger implementation efforts
Lead merchandising projects and help ideation of the seasonal calendar, work with team to optimize on-site merchandising to maximize sales
Manage the store locator for all sites
Assist with email marketing content and deployment, as well as tracking performance results
Help aid in various ad hoc ecommerce and digital projects, opening and managing creative tickets and general website projects
Organize and manage all promotional codes
Coordinate the product recommendations function, use data and best practice to optimize and personalize the tool
Assist in ecommerce reporting, budgeting, planning and KPI tracking
Supporting partner with the greater Ecommerce and Brand team to drive the business, align on stories, develop strategies, tactics & initiatives necessary to achieve goals
Assist with non-ecommerce specific marketing, wholesale support and brand building activities
Qualifications:

Basic Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Preference in Marketing/Ecommerce/Business Management/Consumer Behavior).
A minimum of 1-2 years in a product-based ecommerce or web/ecomm operations environment.
Basic ecommerce and digital knowledge with full ability to learn and optimize the site experience and digital experience
Additional Candidate Qualifications:
Passion for learning and working in ecommerce or digital marketing.
Knowledge of agriculture, gardening, fishing, work, outdoor, or hunt markets preferred but not required.
Have an analytical mind and be a strategic thinker, use a growth mindset to think outside of the box, and be highly organized & action oriented.
A zest for learning new things and maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and latest developments in Ecommerce front and backend elements and experience.
Detail oriented, team player, and a passion for winning.
