Warehouse Manager - NutraBlend

Position Purpose:

Are you a people-leader who thrives on building strong teams and managing multiple locations?

If so, being a Warehouse Manager at our NutraBlend facility may be a perfect fit for you!

Your focus would be leading our warehousing teams and directing all warehousing operations for Nutra Blend both in Madera as well as in our 2 remote locations. You will build and lead a team with a high level of integrity with key responsibilities to include customer relationship management, supply chain management , quality compliance and safety, and budgeting/capital/expense management, and strategic planning. This is a collaborative environment - you will solicit multiple perspectives from all levels and groups within the organization to solve challenges.

Additional focuses would be process improvement and leadership development. SAFETY is our core value.

You will manage approximately 10+ people.

Salary is $90,000+ range annually, depending on experience.

Experience-Education (Required):

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business related field.

4+ years management experience in warehousing, manufacturing or similar environment.

Competencies-Skills (Required):

Leadership, coaching, communication skills

Must be organized with the ability to plan and multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Ability to provide solutions and demonstrate innovative thinking with excellent problem solving/analytical skills.

Excellent computer skills.
