How you will contribute

You will:
(Content and Program Development)
• Support the design and delivery of the U.S. Sales Capability agenda through content and program development and program management to drive business performance.
• Identify learning needs and program objectives and align with global curriculum.
• Create local content for new sales capabilities and liaise with global capability team for existing programs to customize with a local perspective.
• Potential to facilitate content and/or programs where appropriate.

(Measurement, Engagement, Communications)
• Support change management efforts including measurement, engagement and communications in support of capability building.
• Responsible for measuring and tracking training completions and providing updates to SS&T and People Teams. (Partnerships)
• Work closely with the People Team, Global Sales Capability Team and U.S. Sales Functional Partners to understand capability needs and support the strategy build and deployment.
• Collaborate with Global Sales Capability team to ensure best-practice sharing and U.S. business needs are met.
• Partner with external suppliers to develop and deliver learning offers as needed.
• Be responsible for continuous improvement of all internal learning offers.
