We are currently hiring a Process Development Technician IV to work at our Plymouth, Minnesota facility. This position will primarily work 6AM - 2PM, but may work off shifts for some duration in support of plant objectives.

A Day in the Life


  • Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.

  • Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.

  • Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.

  • Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.

  • Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements


  • Minimum of 8 years of experience of relevant experience and may require vocational or technical education and advanced certification in addition to prior work experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice to Have


  • Experience with one or more of the following: equipment automation, laser cutting, electropolishing, or automated measurement systems.

  • Experience using Excel and Minitab for data analysis

  • Experience using computer aided design software

  • Experience developing and validating medical device manufacturing processes (IQ, OQ, PQ, and PPQ)

  • Process error proofing (poka-yoke) experience

  • Fixture design and development experience

  • Experience working with vendors and outside manufacturing resources to ensure robust and producible designs

  • Experience with medical products

  • Experience in a regulated industry

  • Familiarity with EHS requirements

  • With planning the ability to work across shifts

  • Weekend support of critical equipment
