Two years experience in heavy truck parts industry and/or sales.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITES
Handle parts requirements of customers through service and sales.
Maintain customer goodwill.
Provides product/service information by answering questions; offering assistance.
Answers inquiries from customers by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
Services existing accounts, obtains and follows up on orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential new accounts.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
Able to follow directions from a supervisor.
Able to interact effectively with co-workers.
Must be able to work independently as well as be a team player with the department.
Able to understand and comply with posted rules and procedures.
Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance.
