Our Role:

We are looking for a Senior Investment Associate on the NYC Loan Originations Team.  You will provide direct support and expertise for the team to help with the training and development of investment analysts, reviewing work, assisting with servicing requests and participating in special projects.  The Senior Investment Associate will gain exposure to the origination process and will be responsible for assisting analysts with closing and due diligence review, as needed. The position allows the Senior Investment Associate to gain exposure to members of the credit team as well as other key decision makers of the organization which will provide a strong internal network. 

Your Impact:

The Senior Investment Associate will join a fully integrated mortgage origination team responsible for $1.6 billion of annual production.  You will provide direct support and expertise to the Loan Officers and team members responsible for originating all the debt products the company offers.  As the debt platform has grown substantially over the past few years and will continue to grow, the successful candidate will be responsible for helping to make the team run efficiently, assisting the team with different tasks that arise and helping the Team Lead with relationship management, as needed. 

Your Required Skills:

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with aspiration to grow and develop their career with PGIM Real Estate.


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate lending or acquisitions is required

  • Bachelor’s degree required. 

  • Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical ability

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with and resolve issues with both internal contacts as well as external customers and borrowers while maintaining productive relationships.

  • Outstanding written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Prior experience managing or working with junior members of a team is preferred
