Job Description

The Project Coordinator for Engie's Site Services Projects team provides logistical support for Engie's utility open and close projects. From arranging utility services for new opens, closes, meter set up etc., this role is integral in our projects that involve hundreds or even thousands of accounts.



Function


  • Support our project leads/managers, team leaders, and project teams. Assist clients and coordinate details for various special projects that are deadline driven.

  • Present solutions and reporting on site status or projects.

  • Manage multiple tasks on multiple projects including creating and implementing project timelines, answering customer requests, printing and/or creating training materials, data entry, scheduling meetings conducting training sessions, & filing documents.

  • Escalation point for client concerns and issues, and often resolve billing concerns.

  • Resolve service related issues.

  • Analyzes and reviews reports and spreadsheets for accuracy, completeness, errors, and eligibility.

  • Responds to customer complaints and concerns to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

  • Fields incoming phone inquiries, provide information to callers regarding ongoing programs and projects, and promote Engie's products and services.

  • Coordinates major projects enlisting assistance from co-workers and team members.

  • Generate reports, prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports.

  • Makes outgoing calls to collect contact information and details regarding utility services.

  • Manages and maintains multiple spreadsheets containing large datasets.

  • Coordinate setup and/or closure of accounts with utility providers including negotiating terms and requirements.

  • May also coordinate meter sets, including negotiating terms and requirements.

  • Create sites/accounts in system.

  • Make notations to our system and various tracking sheets providing data on the accounts.

  • Lead daily stand ups, presenting a snapshot of work performed, and coordinating with the team to resolve the various project tasks.

  • Identify and resolve errors in both written and text documents.

  • Performs related work as required.

  • Bachelors degree or higher preferred




  • Utility knowledge/passion a plus.




  • At least 3 years of project management and customer related work experience.




  • Utility/energy industry experiences a plus.




  • Strong communication skills (written, oral and interpersonal across all levels - client, executive)




  • Advanced computer skills - Office Suite, database




  • Ability to manage time efficiently and manage multiple aspects of various projects.




  • Ability and comfort to delegate tasks and manage the completion of said tasks.




  • Customer Service, Presentation and Project Management skills/abilities
