Provides leadership and oversight to the Legacy Health Screeners and maintains current knowledge of COVID-19 screening practices and procedures. Coordinates workflow among Screeners. Ensures assigned duties are completed on schedule. Greets and screens visitors for symptoms of COVID-19 as they arrive at a Legacy facility. May provide assistance such as giving directions and general information. Is responsible for supporting application of screening policies, protocols and standard processes and provides applicable training and support needed by the teams.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (goggles, mask, gloves) for prolonged periods of time
Ability tomove about thework area in a safe manner
Sitting, standing, bending, and reachingthroughout the workday
Ability to communicate clearly in English via voice, phone, and computer with distractions and noise
Manual dexterity and keyboard operation
Ability to accommodate posted shift start times
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Six months prior customer service experience required. Experience greeting visitors and assisting with their needs in the organization, preferred.
Skills: Ability to communicate, read and write in English. Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Strong problem-solving, decision-making and time-management skills. Demonstrated ability to cope with physical and emotional demands of a dynamic environment. Computer skills and basic navigation skills for electronic systems applicable to job functions. Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and management. Ability to prioritize and organize tasks and work independently
