Job Description:

This Manager position reports to our Senior Director of Solution Adoption and has responsibility for leading a team of Solution Adoption Consultants who are accountable for managing the on-boarding experience for new and existing clients of our Patientco payments platform. The goal of the position is to ensure client satisfaction, predictable results, and the realization of meaningful client outcomes.



What you'll be doing:





  • Deliver on-boarding experiences that lead to lifetime Patientco clients


  • Build high performing team focused on project methodology, delivering predictable, repeatable projects and revenue based on forecast


  • Clearly communicate both in oral and written form, operational results to team members, executive management, vendor partners, and clients


  • Supports changes to the solution design through the customer life-cycle


  • Develop a bench of individual performers to support our aggressive growth plans


  • Understand and support the client project success criteria and metrics


  • Conduct weekly team and one-on-one meetings


  • Proactively contact and engage with clients to keep satisfaction at a high level


  • Mentor team members to ensure growth and career development


  • Set clear team and individual goals; provide regular feedback on team members' performance


  • Partner with sales and customer teams to provide accurate and effective solution delivery plans with the goal of winning new business


  • Be an advocate of your customers by identifying product enhancements through customer interaction


  • Proactively identify and execute on opportunities for process improvements


  • Establish and build relationships with cross-functional partners to enable launch plans for new and effective onboarding technology


  • Lead the development of implementation playbooks for products and features as they move into generally available status


  • Develop training programs to onboard new consultants and expand the skills of the existing consultants





What we're looking for:



  • 4+ years working/managing the healthcare revenue cycle and patient payments

  • Strong process orientation, problem solving & troubleshooting skills, and a firm commitment to quality

  • Proven experience leading a complex customer success organization and driving team accountability to achieve impactful goals

  • Experience with optimization of specialized customer teams, workforce operations, and team planning

  • Fantastic people leadership experience with a passion to lead, coach, and develop others

  • Experience empowering teams and leading with empathy and integrity

  • Strong critical thinking skills, including the ability to identify suboptimal or obsolete processes and develop replacement strategies

  • An ability to hold yourself accountable to the highest standard of excellence.

  • HIPAA regulation knowledge

  • Healthcare terminology

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Good written and oral communication skills; team player

  • Experience with EDI and/or healthcare transactions desired

  • Ability to travel up to 30%




Preferred Knowledge



  • Experience with Epic, Cerner, and Meditech HIS


  • Experience with patient payments




Education



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Healthcare, CIS, CS or MIS
