Hybrid: This position does not require an employee to be on-site full-time to perform most effectively.

- This position requires an employee to be onsite monthly

Responsible for analyzing the CCA S&OP supply plans to assess future Demand patterns and balance with supply constraints.
This is a new position with GM CCA, looking ahead in our Demand & Supply planning process to capture growth, supply constraints & Risk/Benefits

  • Executes deliverables in support of the CCA organization to ensure business objectives are met or exceeded in all areas including customer, quality, service, responsiveness, people, product and financial initiatives.

  • Understand and assess complex supply chain issues and contribute in a cross functional environment to successfully resolve issues

  • Understand various Supply chain risk within Supplier capacity, Inventory, Logistics, Warehouse & Operations to support Demand

  • Provide day to day support regarding problem solving and escalate to leadership as required

  • Understand S&OP parameters required to support effective S&OP governance

  • Able to adapt to large Network Design studies and evaluate design outputs

  • Operate with precision and urgency

  • Develop expertise in Supply Chain business processes

  • Manage supplier communications and training

  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators for North American

  • Maintain positive working relationships with cross functional stakeholders

Additional Job Description


  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience

  • Experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing or Logistics is preferred

  • Exercises independent judgment in managing complex and ambiguous tasks with minimal input from direct leader

  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to contribute to diverse/cross-functional teams

  • Effective communicator with solid oral and written presentation skills

  • Proficient use of IMS, GPS, Inventory Planning Tools, Demand Planning Tools, Network Design, MS Excel, PowerPoint & Access
