This is a new position with GM CCA providing key financial support in managing the S&OP process throughout the monthly cycle.
Provide key Finance support for short-term S&OP focus areas, including the demand process
Manage long-term product allocations, coordinating with Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing to ensure correct volumes. Support annual planning process
Support evolution of S&OP process in CCA by participating in the monthly cycle meetings and ensuring "consistent message" principle is upheld by supporting handoffs between meetings
Participate in monthly S&OP meetings (Demand Review, Supply Review, Integration Reconciliation, and Executive Review) to capture key assumptions and risks and opportunities for short- to mid-term forecast
Executes deliverables in support of the CCA organization to ensure business objectives are met or exceeded pertaining to financial targets.
Understand S&OP parameters required to support effective S&OP governance
Operate with precision and urgency
Monitor and manage S&OP finance key performance indicators
Balance key metrics against CCA's financial objectives
Maintain positive working relationships with cross functional stakeholders
Key Competencies and Skills: Finance processes expertise, timely decision making with limited information (ambiguity), autonomy, strong communication skills, and ability to coordinate cross functionally and drive results
Additional Job Description
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or accounting, MBA preferred but not required
Experience in Finance and/or sales analysis
Ability to extract, manipulate, mine, and analyze data for key insights
Develop and maintain cross functional and key working relationships within the organization
Exercises independent judgment in managing complex and ambiguous tasks with minimal input from direct leader
Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to contribute to diverse/cross-functional teams
Effective communicator with solid oral and written presentation skills
