Help change the direction of MBA applicants’ lives by joining a collaborative team in NYU Stern’s MBA Admissions Office. NYU’s Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity for a Director on our MBA Admissions team. The Director will lead all aspects of admissions operations for all programs including the Full-Time MBA, Part-Time MBA, MS in Accounting, one-year focused MBA and specialized programs. The Director will assist in making final determinations to admit students, award scholarships and plan admissions cycles and major initiatives. The Director will provide key analytics and reporting on all MBA/Graduate admissions programs and markets to inform strategic decisions. The Director will also develop and manage staff and manage budgets.
The selected candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 7+ years of progressively responsible professional level experience in admissions, recruiting, or related areas including supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, strategic management and information systems/analytical skills are required. A proven ability to direct and implement effective operations efforts with quantifiable results along with strong project management and relationship-building are also essential.
