Location: New York, New York
Investment Banking firm in Midtown East is looking to hire a Long-Term Temporary Executive Assistant/Office Manager, to start ASAP. This role will report directly to the firm's two partners. Day to day responsibilities include scheduling, booking travel, managing calendars, and expense reporting, as well as ordering office supplies and working with building and property management to manage the physical space when necessary. 3+ years of relevant experience and a bachelors degree are required. Industry experience in a fast-paced, demanding environment is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be proactive with strong gate-keeping, multitasking, and prioritizing skills. Hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with occasional OT as needed. Vaccination required.
