We are currently looking for an E-Commerce Trainer/ Sales Specialist.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Generate new business for the digital team through past, existing, and new customers in the Puget Sound area
Manage and grow market share of existing, assigned, and new accounts
Understand customer needs and desires to assist in identifying the greatest opportunities to grow a digital business
Effectively respond to and interact with all levels of the organization including North Coast Associates, Suppliers, and Customers
Demo and sell the North Coast Mobile App, Website, eLink, EDI, Punchout, and any other digital solutions that have been/will be created for Customers
Train internal teams and Customers on digital capabilities in the region
Develop an understanding of customer business systems and how to integrate North Coast digital solutions into said business systems
Help customers use digital solutions to become more efficient in their day-to-day activities
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Epicor Eclipse software knowledge is desirable
Knowledge of Office Tools: Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams
Strong customer service focus (Internal/external customers)
Effectively communicate/interact with all levels of staff
Desired competencies include North Coast and Sonepar reporting and information tools, like SSM, CRM, Remedy or eagerness to learn
Ability to work independently, reprioritize when faced with interruptions, and meet deadlines
Self-motivated, problem-solver, diplomatic, and reliable
TRAINING TO BE PROVIDE ON:
North Coast digital services, solutions, and procedures
Conexiom, Ariba, and other web portals as needed
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Travel for training, customer consultations, and meetings
Must be able to travel to branches and customer locations throughout the region
Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs varied schedule may be required
