The Opportunity


Responsible for increasing sales and margins by calling on and building relationships with an assigned group of accounts. Implementing the company’s sales strategies, in alignment with Codale’s overall goals and initiative.


 



  • Create and implement a business plan with key vendors/customers to include goal setting and account-specific strategies

  • Develop new accounts and support existing accounts in Casper and surrounding areas

  • Must possess strong planning, organizational, time management and execution skills

  • Partner with Inside Sales persons on accounts for appropriate support

  • Manage and grow market share of existing, assigned accounts

  • Bring purpose and plan of action before calling on accounts

  • Must have the ability to set goals and meet deadlines

  • Manage customer pricing and vendor contracts

  • Must possess excellent customer service skills

  • Other duties as assigned



Qualifications



  • Sales Experience

  • Knowledge of electrical distribution industry an asset

  • Proficiency with technology; computer, smartphone etc

  • Clean driving record with no major infractions within previous 3-5 years

  • Self-motivated, outgoing personality, with a desire to win

  • Ability to turn obstacles into opportunities

  • Customer-focused and team player
