Job Description:

Family Tree Home Care located in Aurora Ohio, is seeking a Service and Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing Private Duty Home Care Department. Family Tree is located on the Campus of Anna Maria of Aurora, our Parent Company. 

The Client Services – Scheduling Coordinator not only works with the Home Care team but also collaborates with our colleagues and Clients on Campus. This relationship and environment offers a unique opportunity for growth, training and career development that other Home Care Agencies cannot present!

Duties:

The S&SC works directly with the Director and the HR Coordinator.


  • Oversee and Schedule client cases.

  • Oversee and complete payroll.

  • Assist with Associate Onboarding and Orientation as needed.

  • Conduct on-site supervision visits and in home trainings.

  • HR duties and requirements with the campus HR Coordinator.

  • Ensure compliance and oversight of contracted private duty home care.

  • Participate in strategic planning for positive growth of the Agency.

  • Participate in Performance Improvement and Quality assurance programs and projects.

  • Promote positive collaboration with colleagues, referral sources, and all teams on campus.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Campus and Private Duty Home care protocols and Policies.

  • Monitor and ensure Client and Associate safety per State regulations.

Home Health Care or LTC experience; Scheduling, Payroll, Medical Office experience.

STNA or Other Healthcare certification preferred but not required.

High energy individual that is pro-active.    Excellent time management skills.

Computer skills including but not limited to MS Office, and Scheduling programs.

Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
