We are currently hiring a Sr Technician Supervisor to work at our Plymouth, Minnesota facility. This position will primarily work 6AM - 2PM, but will adjust to support strategic and management objective for the plant.

A Day in the Life

Management and supervisory professionals with one or more employees who are focused on tactical, operational and some strategic activities within a specified area. Levels within the management career stream typically have six or more direct reports. The majority of time is spent overseeing their area of responsibility, managing performance, developing talent, engagement and inclusion, communicating business and operational developments, planning, prioritizing and / or directing the responsibilities of direct reports. Goal achievement is typically accomplished through performance of direct and / or indirect reports.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements


  • Bachelors degree required

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

Nice to Have


  • Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution.

  • Requires advanced knowledge of job area obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

  • Demonstrated excellence in a culture of machine safety

  • Flexibility to work across shifts, including weekend support operations

  • Experience using ERP, Machine Performance and Digital Factory initiatives

  • Familiarity with Lean Mgmt tools

  • Experience in medical device manufacturing environment (IQ, OQ, PQ, and PPQ)

  • Experience with one or more of the following: laser cutting, electropolishing, or automated measurement systems.

  • Experience using computer aided design software

  • Fixture design and development experience

  • Experience working with vendor management to ensure predictable performance

  • Experience with medical products

  • Experience in a regulated industry

  • Familiarity with EHS requirements

  • Familiarity with fundamentals of project management
