We have an exciting opportunity to join the Enabling Solutions Maintenance Team as a Defined Contribution/Benefit Associate. This position supports the day to day activities of multiple functions including Participant Data Maintenance. Incumbents deal with both fixed and variable retirement products in the Non-Qualified and Qualified Markets. Responsible for reviewing and processing transaction requests that are both in good order and that require additional research.

Qualifications

·         Minimum 1-2 years of operations or customer service-related experience

·         Financial Services industry experience is a plus

·         Demonstrated ability to build and foster effective relationships

·         Able to work effectively with colleagues across multiple locations / virtually

·         Ability to excel in a team environment, as well as work well independently

·         Strong organization skills with the ability to successfully manage change and receive detailed performance feedback

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to effectively explain complex processes/procedures

·         Self-motivated, drives deliverables and meets all required deadlines

·         Strong attention to detail and problem resolution skills

·         Demonstrated peer leadership in diverse team settings

·         Flexibility with your schedule

·         Bachelor’s degree is preferred

*Note: Prudential is required by Colorado law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Colorado resident.

Salary range specific to Colorado: $42,500 – 57,400 + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
