Responsible for the continuing development, vision, growth, marketing and coordination of multiple Value Added Service Center locations to provide customized and profitable value added services to a defined OEM customer base.

o Kit / PSO Organization
o Program Service Manager
Scope/Supervision and Interaction:

- Supervises the Value Added Service Centers office, warehouse and value managed inventory functions
- Interfaces with sales and marketing, divisions and OEM customer base
Essential Functions:
- Formulate and develop strategic business and operation vision and plans for the Value Added Service Center locations with alignment to Divisions, field sales growth and marketing.
- Assistance and coordination in the areas of:
o Budgets, Forecasting and revenue growth
o Operational and systems knowledge
o Inventory management
o Value managed inventory applications and programs
o Supply chain management
o Hiring, training and employee development
o Quality and Lean
o Customer service
o Wage and salary administration
o Policies and procedures
o AFE requirements
o Safety and EHS

- Ability to formulate, plan and execute multiple tasks and projects
- Process & system design and project management
- Ability to interact with multiple disciplines and deliver results
- College degreed
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of sales and marketing
- Minimum 3 - 5 years in operations and budget functionality or equivalent
- Experience in companies policies, procedures and operating protocol or equivalent
