TheCustomer Service Representative's primary responsibility is Provides processing and expediting support to customers before, during and after the sale for timely delivery of product for one or more product lines.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provides processing and expediting support to customers before, during and after the sale for timely delivery of product for one or more product lines as assigned


• Serves as first line of contact for customers.


• Accurately enters and maintains data in all applicable systems


• Answers customer inquires as needed and escalates customer as appropriate.


• This position is required to assure compliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices and company documented procedures (including knowledge of all standards, government occupational health and environmental regulations and statutes related to the site).


• Engage others, promote, and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement.

The Individual

• Less than University Degree (Associate degree) or technical equivalent required


• High School Diploma or equivalent required


• Previous customer service experience strongly preferred.


• Some experience with back ordered products and order entry systems (Oracle) highly desired.


• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills


• Strong analytical and problem solving skills


• Good knowledge of order processing systems, shipping and freight processes
