Dana is a global leader in the supply of highly engineered driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies that improve the efficiency and performance of vehicles with both conventional and alternative-energy powertrains. PURPOSE:

This position provides analytical support for all functions of logistics including carrier management, engineering, and freight pay and audit.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data used to drive business decisions and logistics solutions


• Provide operations and leadership with regular KPI analytics


• Freight claim initiation, follow-up, tracking, and resolution


• Collaborate with Dana sites to identify and implement logistics cost savings opportunities


• Participate in Value Stream Mapping sessions and cross-functional meetings


• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required, logistics or supply chain related field preferred


• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, automotive experience is a plus


• Must have excellent computer skills and thorough knowledge of MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel


• Experience and understanding of the use of TMS systems
