As a Program Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the overall management, strategy, administration reporting and analysis for several Leads Programs for Prudential Advisors. You will conduct analysis and reporting to drive conversions and sales. This position will work closely with internal and external business partners, Senior Leadership, as well as Pru Advisors field leadership and advisors.

This role will also serve as a partner to both the Digital and Personal Advisory Group teams within RAS to continue to evolve the overall leads offerings and drive profitable business outcomes.

The right candidate for this position will have clearly demonstrated the ability to successfully impact results, support an array of critical program components and enhancements and the ability to drive multi-faceted projects to successful completion with limited oversight.

Responsibilities:


  • Ownership and maintenance of the Next Generation Leads program which is the distribution methodology for the distribution of leads to Prudential Advisors

  • Develop and oversee the tracking, reporting, metrics, and analysis of Prudential Advisors’ lead programs as well as support broader lead efforts to measure effectiveness, make recommendations to enhance results, identify gaps and trends and improve operational performance

  • Perform ongoing analysis, trending and multi-year forecasting of leads results based on current trends, business conditions and Company strategy

  • Creation and distribution of reports to senior leadership in support of various initiatives and lead programs

  • Partner with internal/external associates to build new leads programs and maintain existing programs, helping ensure the success of leads distributed annually

  • Program management for lead programs establishing processes, determining eligibility criteria and accountability standards, managing field office communications, defining measurements and tracking and addressing any potential compliance/risk issues

  • Subject Matter Expert of the ClientLink technology for Pru Advisors Leads. Partner with the ClientLink (Prudential Advisors’ instance of Salesforce) technology team on management of PA’s lead’s distribution platform.  This includes enhancements, introducing new programs, working directly with the Product Owner (PO) and Scrum Master, etc.

  • Partner with internal business partners, including Finance and Planning and analysis to develop and maintain business cases for lead programs and various projects

  • Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness of program measurement reporting and processes for lead programs and key initiatives

  • Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly reports to field management.

  • Partner with internal business partners for new campaigns, projects, test and learns and reporting and analysis

Qualifications:


  • 3+ years’ experience in the Financial Services industry

  • 3+ years’ experience in a program management, sales and/or marketing support role

  • Experience in a program manager position for a leads program in support of sales financial professionals preferred

  • Working knowledge of Prudential Advisors a plus

  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills,

  • Good organizational skills and project management experience

  • Self-starter with a high energy level

  • Ability to think strategically

  • Results oriented with a proven track record of strong outcomes

  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building, problem-solving and team building skills

  • Demonstrated ability to drive multi-faceted projects to successful completion with limited oversight

  • Ability to interact effectively with all other business areas  

  • Proven leadership skills, ability to influence others

  • Exceptional Organization/time management skills/results orientated

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Salesforce/ClientLink experience preferred

  • Tableau experience preferred

  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Prudential is required by Colorado law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Colorado resident. Salary range specific to Colorado: $102,900-139,200 + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
