The ServiceNow Engineer serves as a technical resource in the configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow implementation. The position supports all implemented modules including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Customer Portals, Knowledge Management, CMDB, Asset Management, and Appointments.
Primary responsibilities for this position:
Ensure overall ServiceNow availability via good design/best practices, thorough testing, and responsiveness in root cause analysis.
Demonstrate platform capabilities to show what is possible/recommended and rapidly prototype new solutions.
Implementation of forms, workflows, integrations, configuration, customization, orchestration, access controls, etc.
Reliably estimate work effort for self/team to enable prioritization.
Minimum qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in computer science or related field required.
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience with ServiceNow

Physical demands: sedentary work. Employee will need to be able to sit for long periods of time to work on a computer, as well as travel occasionally to meet with clients and customers on and off campus.
