We are currently looking for an exceptionalAssistant Club Manager- This person is responsible for the day to day management of the club's daily food and beverage operation.

Some Key Areas of Responsibilities include:Manage all restaurant, banquets, lounge, and catering operations (Met Bar, Roebling Room and all Banquet Space) .
Daily Club Floor Operations
Scheduling, Forecasting and Oversightof service standards
Prior Wine and Beverage experience preferred Execution of customer service levels
Upscale Fine Dining preferred
Develop and Manage budgets, financial plans, financial records and statistical information, working with the Club Op's Manager and Executive Chef
Responsible for Profit & Loss for the F&B and Maintenance Departments
Achieve profit targets
Verify all closing duties to insure 100% check accuracy
Work with management team to create and implement business plan
Administration of all beverage responsibilities (i.e. order, inventory, costs)
Recruit, train and coach service staff to ensure an elevated level of service.
Plan work schedules
Member Recognition
Receives and addresses constructive comments concerning all service.
Ensure events run smoothly
Supervise Maintenance/Housekeeping, supplies and furnishings
Train, Coach and oversee Maint./Housekeeping Staff to ensure the cleanliness & overall condition of the Club, are of the highest standards.
Advise Club Op's Manager of the Maintenance needs for the Club.
Ensure security is effective
Carry out inspections of property and services
Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
Responsible for completing weekly payroll, tip share & payroll analysis.
Collaborate with Exec. Chef to control F & B Labor
Enters & submits all Transmittals to the CHC/CHI AP Department.
Works with the DOC and COM to update the daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly revenue/expense projections.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years management experience of Department head or above is preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience in classical table service, international wines and wine pairings, as well as service to the international traveler
Excellent organization skills, manages time well, correctly prioritizes and is flexible
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and possession of a full understanding of professional business ethics, decorum and social skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to perform critical analysis
Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor benefiting an upscale customer
Full understanding of each club product and the market conditions
Demonstrates self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm
Team player
Detail-oriented
