What Will Your Job Look Like?
The Product Manager, Data Analytics will be responsible for articulating a platform and product vision and blending the needs from different technical & business groups into a well-formed technical product & platform road map. The Product Manager, Data Analytics will have a diverse background and a demonstrable track record of successfully building and managing scaled, high-quality, innovative data platforms and technical services for an internal or external consumer organization.
This position will be a remote position
Responsibilities:
Build, define and lead end user products by creating the vision, scope, requirements, and usability
Create product roadmaps, ensuring timelines are met
Utilize predictive analytics to “tell a story” with our data and make decisions
Define product requirements and communicate with stakeholders
Ensure team goals align with business priorities
Define, communicate and analyze success metrics for the platform
Help build a consistent Master Data Management process and governance policy across the organization
Propose solutions for complex, new problems or processes and makes objective recommendations as to which direction should be taken
Provide transparency and recommendations on project trade-offs and provides dependency coordination
Perform with a wide degree of latitude on creative solutions
Assess and integrate internal and external customer feedback and business metrics
Stay on top of market trends to determine new or enhanced product capabilities that positively impact customer experience
All you need is...
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
4 years’ experience as a Data Scientist or experience as a technical product manager working closely with Data Scientist on big data, database management, and Enterprise software products
3 years’ of experience in the enterprise technology domain, such as Cloud technologies, open source, and analytics
Hands-on Experience with Master Data Management, modeling, data science and governance

Demonstrated data driven decision making capabilities. Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics, Power BI or related products with applicable experience in using analytics to influence product decisions
Experience taking direction and input from multiple sources and creating a shared product vision
Experience building and designing products that utilize both real time as well as batch data streams at scale
Ability to write and validate SQL queries and to ensure data is validated
Demonstrated ability to work on a diverse scope of projects requiring detailed analysis, creative/practical problem solving, and sound judgment
Understanding of the technical architecture of complex data products
Strong communication skills
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
