Arconic is currently in search of Engineering Co-op 2021-2022 to join our Team in Bloomsburg, PA. This candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside location process engineers in one or more of the following disciplines/processes: Anodize, Paint, Electrical, Mechanical and/or general operations.

This Co-Op will include assisting in project management for equipment installations and upgrades, updating procedures for equipment operation and manufacturing processes, as well as assisting the engineering staff with special projects. Candidates must be resourceful, responsible, and energetic.

A Co-Op with BCS allows students to be a part of dynamic and innovative projects, while providing ample mentoring and professional development opportunities. Working alongside leadership, BCS Co-Op students can sharpen their skills through hands-on learning.

Essential Knowledge & Skills/Education

• Combine abilities to work both in a professional office setting and union production environment
• Must have high attention to details

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in an Engineering Program from an accredited institution
