Role Overview

This position involves supporting agencies who use Google Ads to manage/run high revenue campaigns in Search, Display, Video & Shopping. The Business Analyst will be required to work with agency leads/project managers to understand their existing processes, assess agency’s infrastructure, identify gaps in the processes, look for reports that need to be automated,create as is process and work with developers (onshore & offshore) in building automation solutions and help implement solutions at the agency. The person should have customer facing experience as this role will involve meeting the Agency partners, building relationships, and growing the business.

Responsibilities

• Create process maps, solution documents, training material, compiling requirements, compiling data from agency, planning and implementing


• Support requirement management


• Coordinate the implementation of software/service from the business side


• Do time & motion study ; create “as is” and “to be” process maps


• Calculate productivity estimates through time estimates Create weekly status review decks for weekly meeting with agency leadership teams


• Demonstrates proficiency using all relevant software tools: Google Docs, Microsoft Excel (basic and advanced), Microsoft PowerPoint.


• Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.


• Help and guide the developers in delivering a solution as against the task


• Coordinate and work with cross location development teams


• Work with more than 1 agency in parallel


• Work closely with Client’s agency enablement team and Client’s agency leads


• Lead calls with agency POCs


• Coordinate between development team based in India and onsite agency POCs

Requirements

• 7+ years of client-facing experience in account management, customer support and/or display advertising, SEM/PPC Google Ads.


• 7+ years of experience in IT industry playing a business analyst role


• Should have working knowledge in any of the business analysis tools


• Strong understanding of Google Ads, online advertising (yt, display and search) and 3rd party advertising concepts.


• Familiarity with other ad-serving platforms such as YouTube for advertising.


• High degree of MS Excel proficiency (including advanced features such as Functions and Pivot Tables)


• Proven ability to become expert in new technologies in a short time frame.


• Objective and analytical approach to decision making


• Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision


• Fluent in spoken and written English
