Position Summary
The Development Manager directs staff and functions to develop and maintain information technology business systems throughout the entire organization to assure the accurate and efficient use of information. Advises organization concerning IT priorities, development trends, technical problems and need for software upgrades. Recommends IT business system technology within the company. Builds and maintains mutually productive relationships with business partners from across the organization. Aligns business partner expectations with departmental priorities.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Responsible for team management of employees engaged in ERP operation and associated development activities (maintenance, system analysis, development, data control, operations). Hire, train and assist employees. Establish performance standards and evaluate employee performance.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM with some flexibility. Education
Experience: Minimum of seven years progressive experience in software development and engineering including at least five years management experience.
