A
REGULAR DAY AT WORK (ESSENTIAL DUTIES):

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Create and manage the upkeep of Plan For Every Part (PFEP) Database for new product launch.

  • Analyze supplier data, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead projects to implement and track status.

  • Lead inventory tracking and supplier setup initiatives in the raw materials warehouse.

  • Adapt and Implement Materials Excellence standards within the new operations facility.

  • Define and calculate material delivery processes from storage to point of use.

  • Identify equipment and resources needed to support raw material supply and replenishment loops.

  • Establish and maintain an open path of communication with leaders and team members.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualification


EDUCATION &
EXPERIENCE (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS):


  • Working
    on a bachelor's degree in supply chain or Industrial Engineering.

  • Must
    have at least a 2.5 GPA.

  • Have
    a sophomore status or higher.

  • With
    a number of projects running simultaneously, flexibility and agility are
    essential.

  • Both
    reactive and proactive, you work efficiently and flexibly to deliver
    results.

  • You
    build trust, good working relationships and communicate effectively with
    your colleagues and across functions.

  • You
    can make yourself understood and are a good listener.

  • You
    set the pace and the priorities, and then you bring a methodical approach
    to meeting your goals.

  • You
    are driven to succeed and focused on leading your team to achieve.

  • Understand and utilize 5S, 7 Wastes, and problem-solving tools.
