Key member of the infrastructure team with experience supporting both physical and virtual servers, on-prem and Azure cloud
Supports distributed SD-WAN networks, hybrid on-prem/cloud environments, and Microsoft 365 services
Supports firewall configuration and troubleshooting
Following change control guidelines, performs firmware and software upgrades
Works with security compliance to remediate and patch vulnerabilities
Provides backup to members of infrastructure team as needed
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Experience in VMWare 6.7 and Veeam Backup
Experience in SAN configuration and support (Nimble/HPE)
Experience in network design and support for wired and wireless (Aruba/Airwave)
Experience in Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager for desktop/server management and configuration
Experience in Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years supporting physical and virtual servers
5+ years supporting firewall and network connectivity
1-3 years with mobile device management
Certifications in VMware, Azure, Endpoint Manager highly encouraged but not required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
May include up to 10% travel as needed
