A new COVID-19 testing laboratory is looking for an experienced Laboratory Supervisor to join and led their clinical laboratory team.

The laboratory supervisor will report to the regional manager and oversee the day to day lab operations of this high volume mobile lab. Having the only FDA cleared test of its kind with high accuracy this is an exciting opportunity for any CLS Supervisor to help in the ongoing fight of COVID-19.

The Laboratory Supervisor will work to:

• Maintain and continually improve a culture of safe laboratory practices


• Build and improve lab work flows to increase the number of tests performed a day


• Maintain the highest level of laboratory quality thought implementing best practices


• Maintain and stay on operational budget while ensuring the retention of the highest quality of staff

The Laboratory Supervisor will need to hold California CLS license as well as be well versed in all lab regulatory compliance practices. This will include being prepared for audits from all regulatory agencies including the FDA. Having managed and led a fast paced laboratory team is also highly desired.
