Overhead Door Company of Atlanta™, a DH Pace Company, has openings for Commercial Billers at our location in Peachtree Corners, GA. The Commercial Billers will perform billing functions relevant to the different customers.  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for verifying and processing daily invoices.


• Provide administrative support for all.


• Receives daily job tickets, check tickets for description of work completed, extra parts used on the job, and required paperwork.


• Processes billing transactions in a timely and productive manner.


• Ensures all job labor is costed and billed correctly on each job ticket.


• Audits job costs entered in the billing system and printed on tentative registers to billed amount daily, to assure costing is in line with the billed amount.


• Maintains project folders where required, as needed.


• Meets production goals and month end processing requirements.


• Standard Work Hours:  Monday through Friday


• Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.


• Must have a minimum of three (3) years of office experience.


• Must have a minimum of one (1) year of billing experience.


• Prefer someone with Accounts Payable or Receivable experience.


• Must have strong attention to detail and customer service skills.


• Need to be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


• Must be highly organized.


• Must have strong computer skills including Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.


• Knowledge of BAAN Reports (Project Close, Unapplied, Web Invoicing) helpful.
