Currently we have a need for a Process Engineer at our Middletown, DE location.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Act as a safety role model at all times.

  • Evaluate and improve on processes in manufacturing systems.

  • Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs, and changeovers.

  • Develop innovative and creative solutions for legacy opportunities

  • Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.

  • Design and execute DOE/sampling plans, including preparing samples for study, performing material testing, communicating results

  • Develop and implement systems that optimize all phases of production process.

  • Participate and act as subject matter expert during incident investigations. Define and implement corrective actions as needed

  • Ensure projects and other commitments are completed in a timely manner

  • Additional duties as assigned

Education/Experience Required:

BS in Engineering required (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical preferred)

2+ years in a manufacturing environment

Required Skills:


  • Basic understanding of mechanical equipment operation & troubleshooting

  • Data analysis such as Six-Sigma

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
