About This Position

Coordinate the deployment and maintenance of the Cbord/NetMenu software package in all assigned units. Lead the effort to rationalize and carry out plans to initiate the database in all region units, coordinating all activity with region leadership. Provide NetMenu related support for all company deployed units and training for Team Members who are using the software. Upon demand, work with the Corporate Chef in various projects.

What You'll Need

At least three (3) 5 years' experience in the food service industry and/or dietetics with experience in menu development and analysis; experience in food service administration is required
• Previous food service experience in an Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef position


• Ability to work independently and use sound judgment


• Experience in using menu management/production software


• Ability to learn the NetMenu administrative/menu management system


• Communicate professionally and effectively through both oral and written forms


• Utilize standard Microsoft Office products and Outlook at an experienced level


• Demonstrate a high level of organization


• Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties and requests from the field


• Ability and willingness to travel at a minimum, 10 nights per calendar year


• Ability to successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) Company or Facility background check and drug screening
