Advocate for process improvements with the use of previous experience & through an understanding of the engineering lifecycle. Monitor and instrument products for business outcomes and tech product health.
Facilitate Story mapping session with Business owner, other product owners & Dev SMEs.
What you should have:
Strong Business knowledge of healthcare -Pharmacy Benefit Managementwith focus on healthcare Point of Sale (POS) system,Claims AdjudicationandPBM Benefits & Enrollment.
Experienced in HIPPA Compliance, Medicare, Medicaid & Commercial Lines of Business.
Strong understanding of Member Eligibility, Client Benefit setup, Drug utilization review, Drug coverage, Drug formulary, Prior Authorization, Pharmacy network, Copay & Pricing, member Accumulators.
13+ years of experience in Healthcare, banking & Finance domain.
Exceptional analysis skills with an ability to transform the needs of business users and stakeholders into functional & technical requirements.
Excellent understanding and years of hands-on experience of Agile (Story grooming/refinement, maintaining Product backlog, Story mapping, MVPs, prioritization, PI planning) & Waterfall methodologies.
Extensive knowledge of all phases of software development life cycle (SDLC).
Proficient in technical & business writing, business process flows, swim lane diagrams for cross functional impact, As-is & To-be process mapping, business impact analysis, Driving Business case, Point of view articulation.
Experienced in conducting & facilitating JAD sessions with superior organization & presentation skills.
Experienced in merger & acquisition related projects.
Leading multiple Agile teams (Dev & QA) inScrumsprints, a team player with ability to motivate and achieve the goals by bringing best out of individuals and teams.
Strong Engagement management skills, highly experienced in leading & managing teams spanning geographies via global delivery modules.
This role is WAH/Flex which allows most work to be performed at home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.
This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
