A top hospital system in the Southeast is looking for a Night Shift COVID ICU Charge RN to join their fantastic critical care nursing leadership team. The Charge Nurse COVID ICU will work the night shift from 7:00 pm – 7:30 am and will lead and care for patients for an ICU that is primarily caring for COVID-19 patients. 

The Charge RN COVID ICU will be an experience Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse looking to be a strong leader and role model for fellow nurses. The ICU Charge RN will oversee the daily operations of the unit during their shift, will supervise staff, support physician and administrator communication with the unit, and facilitate best patient care practices for the unit. The ICU Charge RN will monitor adherence of unit policies and procedures, compliance, and evidence based practice care, and will be able to assist or perform patient care if needed.
