Job Function:
The ERP and Database Administrator will manage, maintain, and improve Bison's ERP software and the related databases. Additional responsibilities include assisting users with ERP usage, report writing, training, and departmental business process improvements. The smooth and efficient operation of Bison's ERP software is quintessential to the healthy operation of our company. The ERP and Database Administrator will strive to maintain maximum system uptime, data accuracy and security, and minimize any system outages or data corruptions by continuously monitoring and evaluating our servers and software, identifying areas for improvement and coordinating improvement initiatives with the VP Administration to adopt the necessary changes to Bison's infrastructure and software to maintain expected operations.
