This position is responsible for supervising administrative staff and coordinating the daily operations in the office to ensure a smooth workflow and optimum productivity while maintaining patient, staff and physician satisfaction responsibilities.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education: High School degree preferred.
License/Certifications: N/A
Experience: Two or more years in hospital outpatient clinic experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
Interpersonal and communication skills necessary to interact effectively with staff, patients, families, providers, managers.
Ability to resolve problems in an accurate and timely manner. Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail.
Proficient computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office suite applications such as Word and Excel.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proven experience in a customer service environment.
Skills in planning, organizing, delegating and supervising.
Ability to maintain a professional manner even under stressful situations.
