About the role
- Participate in Agile Leadership meetings to validate the accuracy of project requirements.
- Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment.
- Develops personal growth opportunities.
- Help employees develop functional and regression testing plans.
- Coaching team members, Providing supervision and feedback to team members, and Performance Management
- Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Should work in Onsite-Offshore model, support the project and adhere to the nature of the project
- Coordinate in developing test plans to ensure success for releases on all complex projects.
- Ability to handles pressure and is highly skilled in communication practices
- Identify business requirements and apply information to the functional and non-functional testing processes.
- Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Must have
- Minimum 7+ years of QA experience.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
- Strong ability to communicate professionally at all levels, attend various scrum ceremonies, and triage meetings
- Strong knowledge of SQL, SQL Scripts
Nice to have
- Python Prog./web framework knowledge is plus
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Web services Testing (REST, SOAPUI)
- Automation using Selenium/Java
- Functional use of Jira
- Experience with qTest
- Prior experience in Payment Processing
- Knowledge of Siebel/CRM applications
This job may be performed remotely within the United States, except that it is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
