POSITION SUMMARY

Our Delivery Professionals are the face of our company and the key representative to our customers. This is a Part-Time Delivery Professional position for our Rocky Mt. NC location. This position will be responsible for delivering caskets to funeral homes in the surrounding areas in company box trucks and vans.

Our drivers can expect to work 3-4 business days for approximately 30 hours per week.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

*Youwill be delivering new caskets to Funeral homes in a non CDL Box truck or van in a timely and professional manner.
*You will be responsible for loading and unloading product.
*You will be occasionally assisting with warehouse and inventory.
*You will be interacting with customers on a daily basis.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

*Previous driver experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
*Ability to work a few days in week and assisting on weekends as needed.
*Must have current driver's license.
*Ability to pass a DOT Physical and MVR Check.
*Inventory management experience and a CDL is a plus but not required.

*Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk, hear and see.
*Regularly lift and/or move up to 50+ pounds.
*Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
*Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold & heat, risk of electrical shock, and toxic or caustic chemicals.
*The noise level in the work environment may be high.
