Who Are We?

We're looking for a Product Analyst to support this vision by partnering daily with our developers to understand their needs. This role will support the Enterprise Architecture group at WEX who are supporting this payments vision, all while building a "Paved Road", or platform of services and applications that set the standard for processes and tooling for development teams across the company.

Who are you?

About the role:

In partnership with our Enterprise Architecture developers, you'll coauthor the strategy and roadmap for our payments platform and paved road products, with the goal of each new release making a measurable impact. You'll also define product requirements and help ship new features to market.

About you:

• You'll translate customer needs into product requirements and own the customer relationship




• You'll support the vision, strategy, and roadmap for future investments in EA products




• You'll validate product ideas and pilots




• You'll talk with customers to develop case studies for our products




• As appropriate, you'll work closely with relationship and account managers to launch new features and drive product awareness and adoption

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Experience shipping products based on Microservices and APIs




• 2+ years of Product Management experience




• Computer Science background or equivalent technical experience

Preferred qualifications:

• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English




• You are have a strong understanding of developer needs




• You're very knowledgeable of developer tools to develop, build, and, test integrations




• You've had a leadership role in the payments industry
