Your Responsibilities

As a Product Engineer for ( Gator™ Utility Vehicles ) located in Horicon, WI, you will:


  • Investigate, develop, and implement solutions to meet Product Requirements, cost targets and project schedules on Utility Vehicles
  • Effectively collaborate and communicate with the appropriate functional team members from quality, manufacturing, supply management and product support, as well as product development engineers, PV&V engineers, marketing, suppliers, customers, and leadership
  • Create 3D CAD models, drawings with appropriate specifications to deliver production designs

What Skills You Need


  • Engineering experience obtained through projects, internships or practical work experience
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with 3D modeling software (preferably Creo Parametric)

What Makes You Stand Out


  • Experience with off-road vehicle design
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience working with cross functional teams
  • Experience with John Deere business processes (i.e. SAP, PDMLInk)

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:


  • Bachelorsdegree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering degree or equivalent experience
