Key Accountabilities

As part of the Quality Assurance Department, the Tech 2-FSQA position is to record and verify correct operational programs. The technician will report to the FSQA Manager.

Responsibilities

• 30% Perform and record details tests on product


• 20% Enter data into computer


• 20% Inspections of equipment for proper sanitation


• 10% Enforce food safety and GMP policies


• 10% Assist with food safety and GMP audits


• 5% Verify accuracy of labels and codes


• 5% Other duties as assigned
