The Software Jr. Engineer position is responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and growing out web sites developed by Konica Minolta's Solutions Engineering Center (SEC). Candidate will work on developing mobile applications for Konica Minolta products. This position will require working with everything from front-end HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to the server side code and database. We are looking for people who want to work with the latest technologies on customer facing web sites. As a member of a small team, the successful candidate will be able to play an important role in the evolution of the Konica Minolta MarketPlace.

What we expect to see:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related degree concentration


• Proficient in modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python


• Proficient with various web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari)


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Self-motivating and self-learning

What we like to see:

• Personal or Professional experience in SQL, Node.js, React, Sass, PostCSS


• Proficient on Linux/Unix operating systems from a terminal


• Experience with Git, Docker, and AWS


• Experience developing for multiple browsers and devices


• Open source code you are proud of
