Job Description:

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - POINT & PAY  


Remote - but must be local to Tampa, FL as we expect to return to the Oldsmar office in future


Normal business hours typically but the team rotates one late shift per week from 1pm - 10pm 


 


Do you have a passion for customer service which shines through when you talk on the phone?


Do you have strong computer skills and a typing speed of at least 40 WPM?


We are seeking Customer Service Superstars to assist Point & Pay clients and end-users via a heavy call environment and a web-based CRM tool.

Here's what you'll be doing:



  • Handle inbound calls from consumers and processes payments online

  • Handle inbound calls from clients and assists with login/password issues.

  • Track issues and calls in SalesForce

  • Generate monthly reports regarding clients calls and issues

  • Conduct online training sessions for clients

 


Here's what you'll need:



  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong data entry skills

  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office/Gmail programs

  • Must be familiar with the internet and accessing different web sites

  • Must possess a great attitude and outgoing personality

  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused with the ability to accomplish tasks.

  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM tool preferred

  • Fluency in Spanish preferred
