A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


  • Provides project or program support to a functional group or business process.
  • Monitors program/project/system status, and prioritizes Inspector's assignments.
  • Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.
  • Gathers and compiles information for reports.
  • Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements


  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have

  • Previous medical device inspection experience
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral)
  • Problem solving skills
  • Certified SAP Power User
  • ASQ certification
  • Knowledge of the English and Metric measuring systems with the ability to perform mathematical conversions to each.
  • Ability to work overtime as required.
  • Ability to work well on teams.
  • Available for limited travel - for training purposes.
  • Experience with GMP requirements and medical industry requirements.
