Nystrom & Associates, Ltd. is a team of mental health professionals that specialize in psychiatric evaluations, clinical social work, and family therapy. We are committed to helping patients in our community who are experiencing personal, emotional, marriage, family or psychological problems. Founded in 1991, we offer an intensive outpatient chemical dependency program, psychological testing, and behavioral health and medication management services.

We are currently seeking one full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our St. Cloud clinic! In this role, you would work with our Psychiatric department and medication providers, return calls to patients regarding side effects of medications, refill medication to area pharmacies, and call insurance companies for verification on medications, completing forms and any necessary authorizations for medications.

Other duties include the following:

Triaging calls from patients
Taking calls for lab results
Triages incoming lab results, medical reports, refill requests, etc. to MD/CNS/PA in a timely fashion to completion
Follows policies and procedures of Nystrom and Associates, Ltd. (NAL)
Works under the management direction of the LPN Supervisor and daily clinical direction of medical providers and the Medical Director
Maintains legible and organized patient records in accordance with policy of NAL and requirements of the State of Minnesota
