Job Description:

The purpose of this job is to work with an assigned set of clients to ensure that they are achieving successful outcomes in their engagements with Equifax and ultimately want to continue to do business with us. This role will help provide support and guidance to the client in a non-sales role, specifically aimed at resolving complex internal Equifax issues that negatively impact the client.

What you’ll do

• Primary responsibility is to monitor and support a dedicated book of top tier clients for WOTC services




• Communicate difficult WOTC concepts and information to internal groups, management and clients 




• Interact with key decision makers to successfully enhance the client’s overall WOTC experience




• Develop solid knowledge of the customer and their business in order to identify and introduce new Equifax services and product integrations




• Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly and annual reports to management as required

What experience you need

• Experience in account, quality or operational management




• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business

What could set you apart

• Tax credit industry experience is a plus




• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products




• PC literacy and capability to learn/utilize internal software applications
